Can i have a refund if I have received a faulty item?
When you receive your order, promptly check the items to make sure they are not defective. We will exchange/credit for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any packing errors made by us). Please contact us to request for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 3 days of receiving your order. Please return the items in their original packaging within 7 days (Singapore orders)
1. Check whether batteries are inserted properly
2. Some toys might need stronger batteries e.g Alkali in order to perform.
3. Please notify us if you have received a defective item within 5 days after purchase and item must not be used. Exchange will be void if the item has been used.
There will not be refunds but you can exchange for another item of the same price or top up the excess if the value is higher than the original.
